Ezra Ricci

Secretary general

Ezra Ricci joined the Fondation Audemars-Watkins in 2021 as Secretary general to manage its day-to-day administration, monitor its diverse portfolio of projects and foster the development of the organisation. After studying Environmental economics at the University of Geneva and Science, technology and society at the EPFL, Ezra started his career in the academic sector as a researcher and teaching assistant on environmental issues at the Graduate Institute of Geneva and at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland. Subsequently, he worked as project manager and administrator in the non governmental sector, notably at the Association for the Development of Protected Areas, where he managed several community-based natural resource management projects in various African countries. Since 2017, he has been working in the philanthropic sector to promote environmental protection and the effective transition towards sustainable societies.

Marie Dolla

Administration and Communication Manager

Marie Dolla joined the Fondation Audemars-Watkins in November 2024 as Administration and Communication manager. In this role, she manages relationships with service providers and partners while coordinating the administrative tasks of the Foundation. She also oversees external communication, including the management of the website, social media, and the production of activity reports.

Holding a Master’s degree in Organisational Communication from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises at the University of Côte d’Azur in Nice, Marie began her career as a parliamentary assistant at the Senate in Paris before transitioning to the philanthropic sector in Geneva. She notably worked for Swiss Philanthropy Foundation, where she supported donors in their charitable projects in Switzerland and internationally. Marie has also contributed to the missions of Médecins Sans Frontières Switzerland.

Sensitive to environmental issues and deeply motivated by the desire to take action, Marie is enthusiastic about getting involved in the mission of the Fondation Audemars-Watkins.
